Inside: tempura leek, julienned purple cabbage, vegan salmon marinated in soy sauce, avocado.
Exterior: avocado, vegan salmon tartare marinated in lime juice, soy sauce, chives and vegan mayo.
Inside: smoked tofu cut and blended with soy sauce, avocado, vegan mayo, tempura sweet potato.
Exterior: fried red onion, leek sprouts, teriyaki sauce.
