DARUMA opens its first Masterclass aimed at the public.
Our chefs will teach participants the techniques and secrets of Japanese cuisine: from cutting fish to preparing rice, from creating rolls to making sauces.

The experience program includes a three-hour class and will include a complimentary "free flow drink," as well as a DARUMA cookbook and traditional sushiman head band.
In addition to culinary specifics, the class will be complemented by insights and trivia regarding Japanese culture and tradition.
At the end of the class, participants will receive a certificate of attendance and for each reservation a discount voucher, expendable at DARUMA restaurants, worth €20
You can choose from 2 weekly appointments of 3 hours each, Mondays in the Ponte Milvio restaurant, Tuesdays in the EUR restaurant, from 6 to 9 pm.
Maximum number of participants in the same class: 10
Minimum number: 4
In case the minimum number of participants is not reached, the class will be suspended and the reservation moved to a new date.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the client is requested to notify at least 24h in advance.
The experience cannot be combined with Daruma Card and other current promos.
