Managed directly by the founders with more than 16 years of experience in the production and sale of Japanese gastronomic specialties DARUMA® is a leading company that can boast of unique records such as being the first entity in Italy in 2005 to obtain European Union authorization for the production of fresh sushi and in 2011 the first to obtain ISO 9001 quality certification .
In 2020, DARUMA continues to innovate and develops the first Blockchain technology in the Japanese kitchen industry, this allows our users to track all processes in the production chain by scanning a QR code.

Every day, for over 16 years, our chefs have been carefully and lovingly preparing fresh sushi for our customers. In 2004, Daruma received the first CE stamp in Italy for the production of fresh sushi.
